Casual Worker Positions – entry level - $19.77/Hr.
Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma/certification for Developmental Services Worker or Health & Social Services field preferred
  • Completion of first year DSW program may qualify
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Standard First Aid, C.P.I.
  • Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Persons Screening checks will be required as well as a Driver’s Abstract
  • Available for all shifts:  mornings, days, afternoons, nights, weekends, open 24/7
  • Bilingualism an asset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Casual Relief Workers – Specialized (CSN) Care Homes
Requirements:

  • Completion of a Community College Diploma or Certificate in Human Services, degree/certification in behaviour science, A.B.A., psychology or behavioural analysis/therapy
  • Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis (A.B.A.), autism spectrum disorder
  • Experience with BSP’s and application
  • Ability to follow BSP’s and document accordingly
  • Ability to function collaboratively with team
  • Experienced with adults with behavioural complex special needs
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) clearance
  • Valid Standard First Aid, CPI and WHMIS certificates
  • Must be available 24/7 (days, nights, weekends)
  • Hourly rate $20.03/hr plus $1.00/hr premium
